This appears to be the auto updater service for EaseUS Partition Master Suite. It's a good program but maybe a bug in a recent patch?

This ensserver.exe was a byproduct of installing EaseUS partition master suite.
It is currently as in right now using 17% of CPU resources, for what I do not know.
I am about to remove it after retrieving a dump file.

Apparently ensserver.exe is an updater service (gone rogue in my case)
The executable is only 27,784 bytes in length and is occupying 17% CPU resources space and occupying 8 Mbytes of mem space.

It was using 20% of my processor, so I removed it.

C:\Program Files (x86)\EaseUS\ENS

It is something left behind after uninstalling EaseUS software. Why is it still there? Why do at least 2 different files try to make a connection (one being wpn-grant.exe) and why is there still a update service running?

Look in the running services, it's EaseUS UPDATE SERVICE. You can disable the service or set it to run manually.
