This appears to be installed when I downloaded and installed spyhunter from Enigma Software Group USA, LLC. It is marked as a safe component to spyhunter.

Spyhunter and esgiguard.sys are not save. Adwcleaner.exe marked it as bad and removed it when i got some strange things going on in my PC. After the removeal my PC worked again flawless.
