Hi, it might be helpful to note that the EZ-package seems to be part of a software package for third-party printing bundled with many HP computers (most notably the BlueDolphin package, which I uninstalled but it seems to have left the EZ-bits-share-thing) but also a few kids-programs and what-not. It does not seem harmful or even use that much resources, but not that useful either (I have never used it on any of my HP machines, ever).
