Advanced System Care notified me on 2 separate occasions over two days that this file had accessed my OneDrive and browsing data, asking whether I wanted to block or trust it. I did neither.

Also, I will note that only one AV vendor (SecureAge APEX) out of many on Virus Total labeled it
malicious. I have made a post on the F-Secure forum (so far without replies) asking for input.
