FSUSBExService appeared on my PC after installing PC Studio, which came with my Samsung mobile phone. My main problem with it is that every week or so, Windows Defender pops up and says "Services and Drivers change occurred", referring to C:\WINDOWS\system32\FsUsbExDisk.SYS, which I think is probably part of the same service (any views on this??). I have accepted the change but after a week or so it came back, and I have no idea why. I am now rejecting it, but it still comes back. I have now disabled the FSUSBExService service in the Admin tools (Win XP SP3), as of today. The web seems to know little of FsUsbExDisk.SYS, so any comments are welcome.

I also recently installed Samsung's New PC Studio software for my Samsung Highlight SGH-t749 mobile phone. Shortly thereafter, I noticed a new service named FsUsbExService (with no Description) was installed, and found the following files in C:\Windows\system32: FsUsbExDevice.Dll, FsUsbExDisk.Sys and FsUsbExService.Exe.
I'm not sure how the other users on this forum determined that these are part of the Samsung software, but I guess it makes sense. I'll dig deeper just to make sure...

I think it´s part of Samsung PC Studio or Kies (both Samsung software).
The file is in c:\windows\system32 and have an icon with continuous printer´s paper and a padlock. The files propierties show this information (in Windows Vista Home Premium):
Description: FsUsbDevice (appears so FsUsbExService.exe)
Version: 1.0.0.8
Product´s Name: CwService
Copyright: Copyright (C) 2005
Language: Corean
I don´t know if it make problems, but since i install the Samsung Software to connect my mobile my computer take a long time in start and when i try to run any program i must wait some minutes to use it! and my antivirus don´t detect any problem... i uninstall the software and this file and its service but it´s no take effect, maybe i must reinstall SP2 before backup a restore point because i can loss same program or even block the computer.
