It's digitally signed by Pegatron corp. They are a Taiwanese company that makes motherboards and other computer bits as well as other stuff. I have GFNEXSrv.exe on my Toshiba laptop but I have no idea what it does.

Came with a Akoya laptop. Seems to be an umbrella service/launcher for other programs. In my case a hotkey subprogram (photkey, keyboardmonitortool), atouch64, gpmtray (keypad?), dolby audio controls.
