If this software is running in your computer it is most likely so because you(or at least somebody who had access to that machine) once visited site which uses "Online Secure Authetication" method requested by the Korean Financial Institutes. If you are seeing problems relating back to this software you can safely remove them. If you ever visit that site or any other site that requires this software, it will be reinstalled again anyway.
