GoogleUpdate.exe comes with Google's software. In my case Google Chrome. The file is safe and clean.

Bkav's detection "W32.Clod2ba.Trojan.5b50" is a false positive.

Forgot to mention that GoogleUpdate.exe is executed by two scheduled tasks: "GoogleUpdateTaskMachineCore" and "GoogleUpdateTaskMachineUA".
