Thanks for the info above. My concern is this pop up window titled 'internet security'
It tells me; "A website wants to open web content using this program on your computer. Name: Broker for reading of IDM settings. Publisher: Tonec Inc."
At first, because I am always suspicious about allowing any program,I clicked "Don't Allow" but even when I check the 'Do not show me again....' box still the pop up appears on every click on the Internet. For once I agreed to Clicking "Allow" but it still persists.
I've also done several reboots but non has stopped the pop up.

please advise accordingly.
