my computer crashes when i play two different games and i ran perfmon /rel after the last time that it crashed and this file had stopped working, yet it doesn't crash with any other games, there was no error that i got due to my monitor telling me no signal, do you know if this is possibly causing it, and if so do you know how i can fix it?

@Jake: Found some info here:

"I had/maybe still have this same problem. I corrected by disabling the Intel HD Display Manager completely in services, as, even though my integrated card was disabled in bios this service seemed to occasionally be started in response to some directx shenanigans (it only ever responded in this way to games running DX)."

I'm not sure that will solve the igfxCUIService.exe crash problem, but it could worth a try.
