Not sure how I can go about deleting this file since Valorant keeps flagging it but I have never installed anything that resembles the company. Any tips on uninstalling?

I had this appear after I installed "OpenHardwareMonitor" on my computer. Riot's Vanguard kept prompting me that I have this thing and it refused to load it after boot. At least I knew I had something fishy. I don't think it's a malware or anything like that so to speak, but still, it's sus.
