This comes from "Absolute Software" who is supposedly a "data security" company which provides "connection persistence software" (scary thought) at the enterprise level. I don't know where I got this from, but it keeps triggering alerts on restart. I plan to remove it as an unnecessary, annoying, and possibly dangerous file.
