I just noticed that "Instup.exe" is using some amount of CPU percentage while starting up. It disappears from Task Manager after it's done. Research indicates it is part of Avast antivirus. I do not have Avast installed on this computer, although it may have been at one time. There is nothing showing in installed programs either. Seems this has to go, so need to figure out how to get rid of it.
