your website does not specify with clarity whether you are asking me questions about the file/program that I was trying to find answers to, or if you are asking me what I think about your file/program/app. "please share with the other users what you think about this file. What does this file do? Is it legitimate or something that your computer is better without? Do you know how it was installed on your system?" I don't know if you are asking me about your filefixer or about the "lavasoft.wc.assistant" files on my Taskmaster lists that are horrendously huge and new Win10 presentation of Taskmaster/Task manager does not actually give us much of the mastery of contents and hints at explanation of microsoft/windows files/folders/programs etc as the older versions did/do. Now, you are offering a "filefixer" that cannot explain what you actually do and you are asking website visitors questions about ? Don't know if you are asking us about your program or about whatever I might be applying your program to. Can you alter the language specificity so that we can understand what you are asking us about? You have statistics showing 50=50 on that very issue as to what either filefixer does or what the file/program visitors were inquiring about when they got onto your program's scope of operations, so we don't know if we are being phished, trolled, scooped or spammed by your program when it may be actually something potentially beneficial to users, if we knew what you are asking us and what you are claiming about it.

@Mari: Thank you very much for the feedback! I agree that the question about "this file" is ambiguous. I've added this ambiguity to my todo-list and will fix it in the near future.

My intention was to ask questions about "lavasoft.wcassistant.winservice.exe", but you are of course welcome to post questions or feedback about FreeFixer too.
