Hi. I received a request from Microsoft during a full update (after re-install of Win 8) telling me they had found MBAE64 sys. in system 32, didn't know it, and could I click to send them details. I think that's another way of saying 'delve a bit deeper!, so I had a look myself and figured it was probably Malwarebytes. Confirmation from you was what I needed to regard it as more than likely harmless, so I'll leave it alone.

@John: If the mbae64.sys file is digitally signed by "Malwarebytes Corporation" it should be 100% safe.
