My windows xp is not loading even in safe mode as it stops at mscank.sys after few days running quick heal. Can u help?

@Narayani: Sounds like there's a bug in the Quick Heal Anti-virus. Please check if they have a more up to date version of their software, or if their support can suggest a work-around.

In my pc mscank.sys non plug and play device is not working properly. it show that this device provider is Quick heal technologies (P.)limited File version 9.0.0.1 and driver files is C:\ Windows\system32\drivers\mscank.sys
