I have four xp computers. I found this file on one of my computers in a scan. I use "Search Everything" to see if it is a legimate file. If not, I go to one or both of my other computers and check them to see if it is there or not. On this file, it was definitly a bad one so off it goes if a search on google shows it is bad also.

Adwcleaner flagged this file as suspicious, but after deleting it I can no longer connect to wifi. removing it damaged the internet device/wifi device drivers.
I am going to have to get help fixing/reinstalling this file.
my best guess is it's one of those files that can get infected (it seems to have been infected by tracking software) and needs to be repaired rather than removed. I have not tested ethernet cables to see if I can connect at all, but wifi is definitely dead here. Many users who removed this file may not function off wifi for internet so they did not yet encounter any adverse effects of deleting it. that or they use wifi and could not get back on here to comment of the effects of removing it.
It is a windows OS file supplied with windows 7 ONLY, if encountered elsewhere, then it's a virus, I justhappen to have windows 7 so this was a problem for me and I'll have to get a fresh copy from microsoft.
