I use a desktop computer running Windows 7 and using Fireefox browser. I keep them both updated. I have been a member of National Consumer Panel (formally Homescan) for a number of years. I have NielsonOnline.exe installed on my computer, both 32 and 64 bit versions. Recently it has stopped working and "freezing" my computer while using Firefox. The only way to recover is start Task Master and stop the NielsonOnline processes and reboot. Why is this started to happen only recently? Thank you.
