spy hunter by enigma creates this file nppapplication.exe. It is on their website. Why would you id it as malware? This is the problem with all malware fix software. You id perfectly ok and needed files. No help here.

Hello Frank,

Currently 14 of the 56 anti-virus scanners over at virustotal.com detects the nppApplication.exe file. That why I say it's some sort of unwanted software. Please upload your copy of nppApplication.exe to virustotal.com to see if it's also detected. Please let us know what you find out.
