"3D vision" came bundled with the latest NVidia graphics driver which was auto installed by Win8.1 when I finally (and reluctantly) replaced my faithful WinXP(pro)SP3.
The driver was buggy so I reverted to the vanilla Microsoft graphics driver which works fine.
I now shun NVidia software totally - more trouble than it's worth IMHO.
