pc-doctor often bundled with software that users have installed. establishes connection on port 49718. best course of action is to uninstall/delete

I think this program was put on my system by Microsoft Support or as part of the Security Task Manager program, which I installed today. If so, it is probably OK. If not, I don't know where is came from.
