  1. Download and install FreeFixer: http://www.freefixer.com/download.html
  2. Start FreeFixer and press the Start Scan button. The scan will finish in approximately five minutes.

  3. When the scan is finished, locate pmls64.dll in the scan result and tick the checkbox next to the pmls64.dll file. Do not check any other file for removal unless you are 100% sure you want to delete it. Tip: Press CTRL-F to open up FreeFixer's search dialog to quickly locate pmls64.dll in the scan result.

I got a message that pmls64.ddl was locking some game files for Pub G and I found this out and have found multiple iteration of the file under the scanned list I tried 2 times to delete all and kept on appearing again in the scanned section

Detection ratio for this pmls64.dll file is now 36/64 over at VirusTotal.

@John: It sounds like there's some additional component running on your machine that reinstalls the DLL into that location. Please check the scan result to see if there's any additional "PremierOpinion" files. Maybe one of these:
