I found out how to get rid of it! It takes time, but go to task manager, then click "More Details"
Then scroll down till you see that Piss-ass annoying little blue-box-tick symbol, right click it, then click Open File Location, then go back in files until you get to the whole folder, and delete it. :D

It was a pain to get rid of but restarting into safe mode I was able to close it with Task manager and delete the files normally. I was unable to get rid of ~4 dlls, command prompt was also unable to erase them somehow.
More infuriating was this program was able to launch itself WHILE IN SAFE MODE! Isnt the entire point of safe mode running only a very specific, impossible to modify, list of base programs? How the f**k did this program auto -run? (it was installed on a seperate drive than my OS)

I ended up with this because my grandson thought he found a free version of terra tech. He was on a game site. I couldn't do anything. Got access denied no matter what I tried. Did system restore, I cannot find a trace of it today.Went back two weeks.
