Never heard of this file. Box appeared and asked it I wanted to allow this program (QWPATCH.EXE)to be downloaded, and change my programs on this computer. I clicked the no button, and the box disappeared. I believe the CWPATCH must have disappeared also, because I could not locate it on my computer. I hope it is gone.
