Spybot found this on my system and wants to remove it. After reading this I am going to let it do that and hope all is well.

Roboot.exe is a dangerous rootkit that in my case embedded itself in the depths of system32. The virus makes rebooting nearly impossibly as as it is started up immediately since its located in system 32. It was able to uninstall my drivers and replace them with nearly perfect looking alternates that are impossible to remove without solving the root cause. This piece of malware also prevents the running of any antivirus software currently installed in your computer. The solution is to download an up to date anti virus software from a clean pc unto a removable flash drive, and boot into safe mode using the f8 function key. Run the virus scan. once the the virus is discovered you should have no problems uninstalling the faulty drivers and reinstalling the new ones. I would advise an immediate update of the antivirus software that failed to notice it in the first place. Hope this was helpful :)

Roboot is placed on PCs without users consent.
...not sure what it does exactly.
Why would anybody let it stay.

This virus definitely slows my computer down. Hitman Pro identifies it as malware and removes it. However, every time I go to the Allure .com website, it moves back in, so I have stopped using that site.
