It's a tool used by network administrator. ask your network admin if it cause issue, otherwise better leave it there

It's a tool used by corporates to track what you are doing on the computer - including keyboard+mouse activity, screenshots(!!), and other stuff. It's a privacy nightmare and illegal to use in EU because it's a direct breach of privacy. Typical US corporate micromanagement, looking for excuses to fire people.
