This program (or part of it) is useful if you actually use Skype Click to call (for example when you are surfing the web and a website leaves a number you can call, Skype click to call will recognize it's a number, and upon clicking on it you will call that number with Skype credit. If the number is a free number, you can call it for free via Skype).
I don't use this feature, and annoys me: Sometimes it recognizes random numbers on the internet as Skype numbers, and I don't like that, so I have now removed this feature as I don't really use it anyways.
