Re the Haaly media splitter, I remember downloading a free Codec pack and I have no idea why, it was the Haali Media Splitter> Haali Media Splitter(Not Verified) C:\Program Files (x86)\FreeCodecPack\Haali\Splitter.x64.ax Tue Jul 19 16:58:57 2016
As it is an add-on I guess that it is safe to remove this file
