According to content of the file, file is related with url above.
So it might related to this, file might be part of browser hijacker:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-sweet-page.com-browser-hijacker

I think it is correct, my browser was hijacked (at level of startpage and search engines) in the near past.
