Yeah, swuimi.dll is legit. Unfortunately it does not have a digital signature. FreeFixer uses the following steps to determine if a file should be trusted and appear in green in the scan result:

1. The file has a digital signature.
2. The digital signature is valid.
3. The company name/person/subject listed in the signer's certificate appears in FreeFixer's trusted list. For example, Apple, Microsoft, Dell, etc are trusted.

By checking digital signatures, FreeFixer can whitelist large chunks of files without doing any manual work.
