It is a legitimate file of Wise Car 365 Pro System Cleaner/Privacy Protector cluster of programs. I believe it belongs to its built-in Folder & File Hider program. I have Wise 365 Pro on several computers and use it weekly. However, the file in question just caused a BSOD error "System_Service_Exception (WiseFs64.sys)" on another computer of mine running Windows 10. I guess I need to email their tech dept and see what's going on as they just did an update to that section a couple of days ago. But it is a legitimate file and, if you don't have the Wise 365 program installed, may mean that someone has hidden files or folders stored somewhere on your computer.

WiseFs64.sys I got BSOD for this file. I have already deleted the program because of this, but this file seems to remain and cause me problems.
