i have a solution,but i dont know whether it works for you restart windows graphic accelarator from services and voila everything is back to normal .drain may not be controlled but speed of net is restored.

wnavga.exe is 200% virus\trojan.. u will see firefox will work but chrome and explorer will not.. this file resides in c:\windows .. stop wingraph service from services.. delete wnavga.exe from c:\ windows.. reinstall chrome and internet explorer... everything will be smooth u will never see wnavga.exe ever running and consuming data under the resource monitor..
