wpa.dll removal instructions

The instructions below shows how to remove wpa.dll with help from the FreeFixer removal tool. wpa.dll in system32 seems is a viruse because my avira keep alerting and when I checked it in system32, I noticed thatn it is just 8kilo byte. so better to remove it.
