The wmp service is an adware. It installs search pages based on earnings per access. It is installed in browsers and redirects you to search pages "delta-homes" and "awesome help" , they are installed in the windows registry also.. To remove them just use a cleaner adware.

@Stefany: Thank you for the info on wprotectmanager.exe. The anti-virus programs have improved their detection somewhat for this file. Currently 4 of the 48 scanners detect it:
