My Zone Alarm is blocking Ysearchutilsvc, flagging it as suspicious behaviour. I have tried to deny it, but it won't go away. I now consider it as a threat, any idea how to get rid of it?

@Danny: The file comes from Yahoo. Can you find something Yahoo-ish in the Remove Programs dialog in the Windows Control Panel?
