Did you just run into a download or a file on your computer that is digitally signed by Giga-Byte Technology? If that's the case, please read on.
You'll probably see Giga-Byte Technology when running the file. The publisher name is then displayed as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screencap shows:
