Did you just stumble upon a file that has a digital signature from Intel CASE? If that's the case, please read on.
You will typically notice Intel CASE when running the file. The publisher name is then displayed as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screenshot shows:

As you can see in the screenshot above, Windows states that "This digital signature is OK". This implies that the file has been published by Intel CASE and that no one has tampered with the file.

You can also view the address for Intel CASE, such as the street name, city and country.
