I have read about "Scanguard" and felt it would be useful
Tried to download the programme but it eventually came up with the message "Parser returned message OxCOOCE56"
The download could not complete.
Wherein lies the problem? Do I just ignore the issue and
carry on as if I had not discovered Smart Web Browser?
It seemed as though it was a good programme, considering the user comments I read.

@James: I think ScanGuard is a legitimate program. Unfortunately I don't know why it failed with the "Parser returned message OxCOOCE56" error message.
