I continue to get requests to allow this app to make alterations. I do not want that to happen. I tried to uninstall with no success. Should I uninstall? If so, how. Thanks

I'm not familiar with Spoutly Inc and KnctrLauncher.exe. Does the software allow you to make phone calls from your computer?
