Did you just run into a download or a file on your computer that has been digitally signed by SwiftSearch? Some of the security products refers to the detected files as Adware.Plugin.1201 and PUP.Optional.SwiftSearch. The detection rate for the SwiftSearch files collected here is 34%. You will typically notice SwiftSearch when clicking to run the file. The publisher name is displayed as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screenshot shows:

As you can see in the screenshot above, Windows reports that "This digital signature is OK". This means that the file has been published by SwiftSearch and that the file has not been tampered with.

You can also examine the address for SwiftSearch, such as the street name, city and country.
