Did you just run into a download or a file on your computer that has a digital signature from Useful Technology? Some of the security products refers to the detected files as a variant of MSIL/Adware.PullUpdate.G.gen and Adware.Yontoo.68. The detection rate for the Useful Technology files collected here is 24%. You will probably notice Useful Technology when running the file. The publisher name is then displayed as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screenshot shows:

As you can see in the screenshot above, the Windows OS reports that "This digital signature is OK". This means that the file has been published by Useful Technology and that no one has tampered with the file.
