Yang Liwei - 19% Detection Rate *

Did you just stumble upon a download or a file on your computer that has been digitally signed by Yang Liwei? Some of the security products refers to the detected files as Trojan.Win32.Generic!BT and Adware.Agent.QLQ. The detection rate for the Yang Liwei files collected here is 19%. You will probably notice Yang Liwei when running the file. The publisher name is then displayed as the "Verified publisher" in the UAC dialog as the screenshot shows:

  1. Open up Windows Explorer and locate the Yang Liwei file
  2. Right-click on the file and select Properties
  3. Click the Digital Signatures tab
  4. Click the View Certificate button

As you can see in the screencap above, Windows states that "This digital signature is OK". This implies that the file has been published by Yang Liwei and that the file has not been tampered with.
